The story behind the Newsday "Pivot" Story...

It'sMyBag began 2020 full of "Hope and Promise" like so many others did.
After years of searching for the right partners/right formula/right timing,
it all came down to:

Monday, March 16th, 2020

Right Partner: Incredible Packaging and the Klein Family
Right Formula: My Bag supporting an amazing cause: BreastCancer.org
Right Timing: "Launch" @ a New Dry Cleaner in NYC
Added Benefit: March is Women's History Month/April is Earth Month

And then….COVID-19

After 10 years of Hard Work to achieve these goals, my disappointment and self-pity would have been easy to wallow in, BUT The “Mom/Daughter/Sister/Aunt” in me needed to keep my family, especially my 95+ year old mother Healthy/Safe/Well and Corona-Free. The “Nurse” in me needed to keep my patients and co-workers Healthy/Safe/Well and Corona-Free

The “Civic Activist” in me needed to use my blessings to show support and appreciation to Our Brave Frontliners
Sunday March 22, 2020 (My Birthday!)

I decided to do a "Buy & Give" Donation Drive of "It's My Bag" for Frontliners and the response blew me away!

People's generosity was heartwarming at such a difficult time. Not only did they purchase It’sMyBag for their own loved ones on the Front Lines, they bought them to donate to any Frontliner we knew in the Long Island/ NYC area.

It was Clear we were on to something.

To help us expand this Donation Program, enter Alex B & Shawn Swift from the Melville, NY office of New York Life. Their selfless support of our mission to get as many It's MyBag's to as many Frontliner as possible was outstanding.

They gave to:

Nurse's at Northwell Hospital
911 Operator office - Westbury NY
Physical Therapist NUMU-East Meadow NY
American Cleaner's Hicksville NY
Top Cop Massapequa NY

How does It'sMy Bag help ease the minds of our Frontliners and their families?

Our patented Dual-Function Two Compartment Capability of a Built-In Hamper and Separate Clothes Carrier allows Frontliners to Distance / Organize/Contain potentially contaminated clothing. As we enter into "What's Next" for It's MyBag & the World, we strongly believe that It’sMyBag can be a benefit as we try to navigate our new Reality.

Perfect for all Medical Personnel, Doctors, Nurses, Police Officers, EMS, Firefighters. Grocery Store employees, Sports Teams, Security Guards,Food Service, Corporate Office Workers, Gyms, Military, anyone concerned with infected Loved Ones at Home.

We are humbled by the success of our website & our Production Partner, Incredible Packaging’s AMAZON store.

The feedback from the recipients of our supporters’ generosity makes this success even sweeter knowing that our product is helping to reduce the stress levels of the people we are relying on the most these days.
